Record-Page Actions
From an Account, Contact, or Lead record page, users can jump straight into Data Cleanser’s merge workbench for that record’s duplicate group — without opening the app and searching the Review queue.
This is a Lightning record action (component label: Data Cleanser Review Duplicates). It deep-links into the Review workbench for the current record’s group when one exists.
What you need first
- Data Cleanser installed, with the user assigned a Data Cleanser permission set.
- At least one active scenario that has produced a duplicate group containing the record.
- The action added to the object’s Lightning page / Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions (admin setup — once per object).
Add the action (admin)
- In Setup, open the Lightning Record Page (or page layout / dynamic actions) for Account, Contact, or Lead.
- Add the action Data Cleanser Review Duplicates to the highlights panel or action list.
- Activate and assign the page so users see the action.
Repeat for each object where you want the shortcut. The action is exposed as a Lightning record action bundle; it does not replace the in-app Review tab.
Use the action (end user)
- Open an Account, Contact, or Lead that is part of a duplicate group.
- Click Data Cleanser Review Duplicates (or the label your admin configured).
- Data Cleanser opens the merge workbench focused on that record’s group — same comparison, master selection, and merge flow as Comparing Records & Merging a Group.
If the action does nothing useful
- No group yet — run or wait for a scan, then try again.
- Group already merged or cleared — Reset / Clear or a completed merge removes groups; re-scan if needed.
- User lacks access — confirm permission set and CRM edit rights on the object.
Related: record-page Quality card
Separately, when the Data Quality license is active, a Data quality score card can appear on Account, Contact, and Lead record pages (gauge, dimension breakdown, failed checks). That card is documented under Data Quality Score — it does not open the merge workbench.
