Assess your Salesforce data quality before you clean
You can't fix what you can't see. Data Cleanser shows how clean each object is, how many duplicates need review, and how that rate moves as you work — all on a native home dashboard.
Most teams sense their CRM is messy but can't put a number on it. Data Cleanser turns that hunch into a measurement: run a matching scenario and the app surfaces duplicate groups per object, a clean rate for Leads, Contacts, and Accounts, and a live view of which scans are running. You see exactly where the problem is before you merge a single record — and watch the clean rate climb as you clear the backlog.
Why data quality is hard to pin down
No baseline to measure
Without a number for how many duplicates exist per object, "our data is messy" stays a guess — impossible to prioritize, budget for, or prove you have fixed.
The problem hides across objects
Duplicates accumulate differently on Leads, Contacts, and Accounts. One blended count hides which object actually needs attention first.
Progress is invisible
Even after a cleanup push, teams can rarely show whether data quality improved — so the work gets deprioritized and the mess creeps back.
See where your data stands, natively
A data-health dashboard on open
The home dashboard shows a clean rate per object — unique records divided by total — the moment you open the app, so you start from a measured baseline, not a hunch.
Duplicate counts by object
Run a matching scenario and the app reports how many duplicate groups need review, broken out per object, with live status as each scan processes.
Track the clean rate over time
As you review and merge, the clean rate climbs and the duplicate count falls — visible proof the work is paying off. A single Data Quality Score per object is on the roadmap.
What measuring data quality gives you
- A real baseline for duplicates, per object
- Clarity on which object to clean first
- Visible proof that cleanup is working
- A shared number leadership and admins can trust
- Assessment that never exports a single record
Common questions
How does Data Cleanser measure data quality?
It reports a clean rate per object — unique records divided by total — on the home dashboard, plus the number of duplicate groups that need review. Running a matching scenario refreshes those numbers for each object.
Can I see which object is worst — Leads, Contacts, or Accounts?
Yes. The data-health card breaks the clean rate out by object, so you can see at a glance that, say, Accounts are 78% clean while Leads are 94%, and prioritize accordingly.
Is there a single data quality score?
A formal Data Quality Score — one health number per object you can track over time — is on the roadmap. Today you assess with the clean-rate dashboard, duplicate counts by object, and clean-rate tracking as you work.
Do I have to merge anything to see the assessment?
No. Running a scenario scan surfaces the duplicate groups and counts without changing any records. You decide whether and when to merge — nothing is automatic.
Does assessing my data send it anywhere?
No. Data Cleanser is 100% native — matching and reporting run inside your org, with no export and no third-party processor. The assessment inherits your sharing and field-level security.
Which objects can it assess?
Leads, Contacts, Accounts — including Person Accounts, each with its own matching scenarios and clean-rate readout.
