if you would like non system administrator profiles to be able to use Data Cleanser by creating Matching Scenarios and enabling them to clear duplicates groups, please follow these instructions:
Go to SETUP | ADMINISTRATION SETUP | MANAGE USERS and select the profile you wish to add permissions to.
Under Assigned Apps, ensure that Data Cleanser is visible.
Under Object Settings, Select Data Cleanser and ensure that the Tab Setting is set to 'Default On', click Save.
Under Object Settings, Select Help Data Cleanser and ensure that the Tab Setting is set to 'Default On', click Save.
Under Object Settings, Select Duplicate Groups and ensure that the Tab Setting is set to 'Default On', under Object Permissions, ensure that you check the box beside 'Read' and click Save.
Under Object Settings, Select FieldFilterOperatorRules and under Object Permissions, ensure that you check the box beside 'Modify All' and click Save.
Under Object Settings, Select FieldMatchTypesRules and under Object Permissions, ensure that you check the box beside 'Modify All' and click Save.
Under Object Settings, Select StratusDataShieldMasters and under Object Permissions, ensure that you check the box beside 'Modify All' and click Save.
Under Object Settings, Select Account and under Object Permissions, ensure that you check the box beside 'Modify All' and click Save.
Under Object Settings, Select Lead and under Object Permissions, ensure that you check the box beside 'Modify All' and click Save.
Under Object Settings, Select Contact and under Object Permissions, ensure that you check the box beside 'Modify All' and click Save.
Under the Apex Class Access, click edit and add all apex clases that start with sds to the lists of available Apex Class Access and click Save.
Under the VisualForce Page Access, click edit and add all VisualForce Pagss that start with sds to the list of Enabled VisualForce Pages and click Save.
